30 Day Drawing Challenge – Day 8 and Day 9
Oops! Missed my drawing yesterday! It got late, too late, before I came upstairs from playing Valkyria Chronicles, haha. But I made up for it today, and it wasn’t too hard =) 15 minutes, nothing to it!
Yesterday’s prompt was “red”. I didn’t really have anything in mind, so I just filled a red bg and drew into it with the eraser. I actually kind of enjoyed drawing like this, as long as I remained focused on it being an eraser and not a pencil or brush (didn’t change the opacity). It helped me to just draw and not worry too much about refining the lines I had.
And today’s prompt was “someone with dripping-wet hair”, haha! This is Ami from Sailor Moon I guess, I wanted to draw some more to it but didn’t have time. I wanted to draw her practicing water control with her new powers, though I’m not sure the senshi can do that in the series.. it was nice thought though, young Ami at the pool seeing how much water she can levitate before it crashes! She was definitely the one most “in-tune” with her element. Anyway, this was fun to draw.
