Fancy-fil-A

04.20.2010

Nick and I went to Chick-fil-A the other day, and were surprised to find that the place was all gussied up!  “Is someone going to have a fancy fried chicken dinner party here?” I wondered.  There were black tablecloths on all the tables, and little black vases with fresh, bright-colored daisies and baby’s breath.

Fancy Table

Care for some wine with your chicken nuggets, sir?

In the end, we were the ones who ended up having a fancy fried chicken dinner party as we enjoyed our meals at this classy joint.  Thanks for brightening our day, Chick-fil-A!

Hahaha you know what this reminds me of?

How most Yoshinoyas around Tokyo were sorta grungy and and really fastfood-like, and then ours was super nice! Yay Nishi-kawaguchi!

That indeed is a fancy face. Well done.

You’re totally right! Fancy fast food, is there anything better? I was so shocked when I went to the other Yoshinoyas.. how am I supposed to enjoy my gyuudon in a place like that? I need ambient lighting, soft jazz, and artsy photos!
